Steel Scaffolding Board is a non-slip metal platform designed for workplace safety standards. 

Scaffolding Board production is performed as a result of a series of processes including Decoiling, Straightening, Servo Feeding, Progressive Stamping, and Roll Forming. Scaffolding input materials are Galvanized Steel, Cold Rolled or Hot Rolled Steel, Stainless Steels and Aluminum. Cold Rolled and Hot Rolled materials are coated either by hot dipped galvanization, electro galvanization, or electrostatic (powder) paint coating for water resistance.

A single production line is designed to produce single or multiple dimension scaffolding ( walking platform ) boards. The production line also enables the production of different width profiles by duplex roll form and quick adjustable stamping tools.
